ABOUT ANANDA

​

Ananda is a London-based composer, orchestrator and music copyist.  Trained in both classical and jazz harmony, Ananda's compositions offer a wide range of musical styles and memorable melodies that can be heard in films, radio plays and library music.

​

Ananda also works as an orchestrator & music copyist where he regularly collaborates with the London Contemporary Orchestra, among other clients. He has worked on numerous high-profile projects such as Volker Bertelmann's Oscar-nominated score for Conclave, Deadpool & Wolverine, Stranger Things S4, Dev Patel's blistering directorial debut Monkey Man, Sigur Ros's 2023 album ÁTTA, M. Night Shyamalan's thriller Knock at the Cabin and Darren Aronofsky's critically acclaimed films The Whale & Postcard From Earth, the latter of which was re-arranged by Ananda for the BBC Proms 2024.

      With all the necessary equipment and experience at all the major London studios, such as Abbey Road, Angel and AIR, Ananda is capable of orchestrating, prepping, printing and binding your scores to industry standard quality to ensure that your recording session runs as smoothly as possible.
